ORLANDO WOMEN'S PRO TRAINING CAMP
NOVEMBER 6 - 7, 2010
The 2010 Orlando Women's Pro Training Camp is a can't miss event. This camp is for all female players that have exhausted their college eligibility and are interested in playing or have already played professionally. This camp will train players in what they need in order to be successful pros and will also train players in what they need to do in order to stay in top physical condition during the season and offseason. This camp will also include a battery of tests designed to show players where they rank compared to other successful professional players.

The two day camp will feature:

- Postion Specific Drills
- Transition Drills
- One on One Ball Handling
- Motion and Movement With the Ball
- Shooting and Footwork on the Catch
- Using Ball Screens to Score/Create Offense
- Defensive Work:
- On the Ball Defense
- Man to Man & Zone Concepts
- Defending the Pick & Roll
- Defending Off Ball Screens
- Post Defense
- Controlled Full Court/Half Court Games

- Saturday: 1:00pm - 3:00pm (Check in at 12:30pm)
- Sunday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
