Physical & Mental: Great attitude.  Physical player on both ends of the floor.  Likes contact and uses body well. Great body control.  Mental toughness is a real plus.
Ball SkillsHasthe ability to handle the ball in the open floor and on the break.  However, he must continue to improve on his ball handling in closely guarded situations; especially along the perimeter.
Offense: Excellent scorer inside.  Possesses terrific body control with ability to finish around the rim.  Utilizes strength to score inside and post up taller players.  Has ability to play the 3 or 4 on the next level.  Possesses good shot mechanics, but needs to extend his range out to the three point line.
Rebounding: Excellent rebounder on both ends of the floor.  Terrific ability to box out.  Excellent positioning and timing on both ends of the floor.  Very quick put backs on offensive end.
Defense: Good on the ball defender.  Defends the pick and roll very well.  Understands and plays good helpside defense.  Very active player.  His active defense makes him a very good rebounder.  Excellent defensive footwork.
Game Knowledge: Thomas reads the floor very well.  He will get better with more experience.
Strengths:  Physical player.  Runs the floor well.  He is always ready to give his best.  Tough player.  His ability to rebound and to drive to the basket and finish is excellent.
Opportunities for Improvement:  Thomas has to work on his outside shooting. He must develop a consistent 3 point shot in order to play the small forward position on the next level.  Although very fast in the transition game, he must improve his overall footspeed.  Focus more on his face to the basket moves.  Possesses tons of upside.
Overall Comments:  Terrific attitude and very coachable.  Hard worker and plays hard every minute on the floor.  Improving ball handling and shooting range will enhance his overall game and make him a legit prospect to a mid to high level team.
