Winning Ways Pro International Testing Package
This battery of tests is given to each athlete at the beginning and at the conclusion of their training program. The results listed below are actual results and where noted number expected, indicates the professional player at a comparable position and size.
Footspeed: defensive slants from foul lane to foul lane in a 30 second time period.
Takes/Makes: elbow to elbow jump shots, demonstrating quickness of release and accuracy. Drill is 60sec.
Chair Drill: a full court drill where player has maximum of 4 dribble from foul line to basket, laying the ball up and exploding back to 1 of 4 perimeter spots for outside shots. Must continue drill until all 4 shots are made.
Foul Shooting: 3 sets of 5 free throws, where by each set is under additional conditions of fatigue.
*There are no breaks during this testing.

| Physical & Mental: In excellent physical condition. Needs to improve his footspeed. Needs to continue to work on his poise and mental approach to the game. |

| Ball Skills: Very good with the ball. Runs offense very efficiently. Very good floor leadership. Excellent passing skills, finds the open man and passes to his strengths. |

| Offense: Excellent body control. Quick release. Good shot mechanics. Possesses terrific pull up jumper. Good shot creation. Very good in pick and roll game. Reads it well and finishes around the rim. Shows flashes of brilliant playmaking ability, but disappears at other times. |

| Defense: Good on the ball defender. Needs to work on his helpside defense and defense away from the ball. Has to improve his defense around the picks and needs to show that he can guard full court. |
