Winning Ways Pro International Testing Package
This battery of tests is given to each athlete at the beginning and at the conclusion of their training program. The results listed below are actual results and where noted number expected, indicates the professional player at a comparable position and size.
Footspeed: defensive slants from foul lane to foul lane in a 30 second time period.
Takes/Makes: elbow to elbow jump shots, demonstrating quickness of release and accuracy. Drill is 60sec.
Chair Drill: a full court drill where player has maximum of 4 dribble from foul line to basket, laying the ball up and exploding back to 1 of 4 perimeter spots for outside shots. Must continue drill until all 4 shots are made.
Foul Shooting: 3 sets of 5 free throws, where by each set is under additional conditions of fatigue.
*There are no breaks during this testing.

| Physical & Mental: Excellent mental toughness. Extremely level headed and doesn’t show emotions or frustrations on or off the court. Very focused player. Strong frame and is in excellent condition. |

| Ball Skills: Very good ball handling skills. Very strong with the ball in the open floor. Has the ball handling ability and court vision to play the point guard position effectively. |

| Offense: Excellent ability to penetrate and get to the basket. Possesses a consistent outside hot. Penetration to the basket is definitely his strength. Can hit the open 3, with the knowledge of how to come off of screens and create space. |

| Rebounding: Very aggressive rebounder. Good positioning and anticipation. Possesses enough strength to outrebound bigger players. |

| Defense: Defends the passing lanes and has ability to pick up a lot of steals. Plays good post defense and has good spacing on the defensive end. Good help defender. |

| Game Knowledge: Understands the overall aspects of the game, with a high basketball IQ. Knows how to create a consistent offensive flow for his team. |
