• Physical & Mental: Strong, Thick Build, Physical, Left, Long arms.  In very good physical condition and shows a real mental toughness.  Decent foot speed for size.  Runs floor very well. 
• Ball Skills: Good hands – catches when running the floor and in traffic.  Needs to be stronger with the ball; protect it better.
• Offense: Can hit midrange consistently, has 3-point range, slow release allows for defense to close out on her shot.  Must finish better/misses too many shots at the rim.  Work to improve body Control-Falls away too much.  Needs to demand the ball more/more active “post” due to her abilities and strength down low. 
• Rebounding: Has potential to be a great rebounder, not active enough. Must work harder on the boards!  Improving positioning and timing will help; use your strength!
• Defense: Active hands/Long arms.  Good ball pressure, aggressive on ball defense.  Excellent ability to deny the ball when playing post defense.  Can front a player effectively and uses her long wingspan to deflect a number of entry passes to the post.  Vocal defender away from ball.

• Overall Comments: J’Lisia has the ability, size and strength to play in a mid to low level league overseas; would really bring physical play and athleticism to a team.  She needs to really improve her ability to finish consistently around the rim.  She is very coachable and got along well with all players, team player.
