| Physical & Mental: Does not perform well under conditions of fatigue. Lets frustration show on the court. Needs to continue to focus in on basketball sports specific training. As well as a series of on-court drills, which we will provide. |

| Ball Skills: Overall above average. Ball handling skills will be one of the on-court drills we will provide. |

| Offense: Needs to improve shooting form – footwork. Takes too much time getting into shooter’s position. Work on better shot selection. Continue to work on the muscle memory drills that we introduced, and focus on utilizing more legs and catching the ball in a shooter’s position. |

| Rebounding: Good at boxing out the shooter. Uses body well. Good anticipation and timing. |

| Defense: Good help defense. Needs to keep hands up in passing lanes when playing defense away from the ball. Work on guarding your man as well as denying the passing lane. |

| Game Knowledge: Generally a good understanding of the game. Needs to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the player she is guarding and the player guarding her. I.E.: capitalize on playing to the weaknesses of your opponent. |

| Strengths: Good rebounder. Help defense. Extremely coachable. Possesses an obvious desire to learn and achieve her goals. |

| Opportunities for Improvement: Continue muscle memory drills, a minimum of 4 times per week. The first 2 of which (stop, drop, turn, touch) and the “catching the elbow” drill prior to any shot taking. We will provide a full set of drills for your individual training and continue to add and escalate these drills as you improve. |
