Winning Ways Pro International Testing Package
This battery of tests is given to each athlete at the beginning and at the conclusion of their training program. The results listed below are actual results and where noted number expected, indicates the professional player at a comparable position and size.
- Footspeed: defensive slants from foul lane to foul lane in a 30 second time period.
- Takes/Makes: elbow to elbow jump shots, demonstrating quickness of release and accuracy. Drill is 60sec.
- Chair Drill: a full court drill where player has maximum of 4 dribble from foul line to basket, laying the ball up and exploding back to 1 of 4 perimeter spots for outside shots. Must continue drill until all 4 shots are made.
- Foul Shooting: 3 sets of 5 free throws, where by each set is under additional conditions of fatigue.

- Ball Skills: Strong right hand, must continue to work on ball handling with is left hand. Must work on handling the ball under pressure situations in the open floor and in the half court set.
- Offense: Excellent shot creation. Must continue to work on finishing around the basket. Needs to improve his shooting range out to 22ft and work on his shot mechanics.
- Rebounding: Very aggressive rebounder. Good positioning and anticipation. Possesses enough strength to out rebound bigger players.
