Physical & Mental: Physically in excellent condition. Runs the floor consistently
Ball Skills: Handles the ball effectively but needs to avoid too much dribbling as it takes the rest of the team out of the offensive flow
Offense: Quick first step and Ball control, needs to shoot within range and allow the offensive flow to come naturally rather than force it
Rebounding: Quick to the boards, needs to position himself on the weak side which will enhance more missed shots as most missed from an angle are missed long
Defense: Good Ball pressure, use more feet and legs and avoid hand checks
Game Knowledge: Needs to focus on fundamental concepts, i.e. spacing, floor balance, involving entire team on the offensive end of the floor. Avoiding overdribbling will be a catalyst to this need.
Strengths: Quickness, conditioning, quick first step especially the jab step
Opportunities for Improvement: Avoid over dribbling, stay within shooting range, involve everyone on the floor
Overall Comments: Did not show for the second day which resulted in negative perception from staff
