Physical & Mental:    Excellent physical condition.  Always has his head in the game but needs to be more involved.
Ball SkillsMust improve ability to dribble in traffic without turning the ball over.  Possesses good passing skills but must improve overall court vision.
Offense:  Strong body control and able to consistently finish around the basket.  Needs to improve consistent range on outside shot and work on becoming more of a factor on the offensive side of the court.  Needs to improve his ability to create his own shot.
Rebounding:   Excellent timing and anticipation.  Always in the right position to go after the ball.
Defense:   Good defensive footwork.  Plays excellent defense away from the ball and has the ability to deny the passing lanes.
Game Knowledge:  Overall a smart player that knows where to be on the floor and when to be there.  However, he needs to turn that ability into getting more shots and creating shots for his teammates more frequently.
Strengths:   Physical Condition, Rebounding, Defensive Footwork and defense away from the ball.
Opportunities for Improvement:   Must improve ability to make free throws under conditions of fatigue.  Footwork could use some improvement as well – this in turn will make him a lock down defender.  Must find a way to get more involved on the offensive end of the floor.
Overall Comments:   Andy is a solid player that could be very effective if he becomes more active on the offensive end.  He is very coachable and gets along with his teammates.
