• Physical & Mental: Excellent physical condition. Possesses loads of energy; very high energy player that can really change the pace of a game. Definite quickness and ability to play effectively under conditions of fatigue. Must develop his mental toughness and keep his emotions in check.
• Ball Skills: Able to handle the ball with either hand along the perimeter, in transition, and when penetrating to the basket. Excellent court vision allows Andre to be a very skilled passer and passes to his teammates’ strengths.
• Offense: Possesses definite three point shooting ability. Can get past his defender and finish in traffic at the rim. Has ability at times to play above the rim and excellent vertical leap allows him to be more effective over taller players around the basket. Gets teammates involved in the flow of the offense but knows when to look for his own shot. Excellent shot creation and ability to create space in order to get open. Must work on moving without the basketball and utilizing screen to not just get open, but to get into a scoring position.
